Harvesting, Canning & Preserving with Donna Haas.  Come learn all the basics.  Week 6 will focus on dehydrating foods.  You'll lern how to use a dehydrator and what foods can be used.  $12.50 per person for each session.  Please pre-register at www.myvillagegreen.org, in Activities.  This is part of an 8-week course that runs through November 7th.
