Bring your family and friends for an hour of fun and exercise---snappy choreographed movements, set to music, to improve balance, range and movement. Everyone is welcome. $5 per person drop-in fee, or buy a punch card and get 6 sessions for $25. Punch cards can be purchased at the front desk. Starts Wednesday, February 6th, and runs all year.
