You have eggs. Now what? Come explore the many ways to create and brighten up a simple breakfast or dinner dish. You'll learn ways to scramble, folding an omelet (3 ways), tricks for poaching, and the soft- to hard- cook (not boiled) methodology. Each class is part demonstration and part hands on.
