The Kingston-North Kitsap Rotary Club has voted Debbie Anderson, Branch Manager of American Marine Bank,Rotarian of the Year for the Kingston Community. Debbie was acknowledged for upholding and furthering the principles and ideals of the Rotary way of life. Debbie's continued support of local events and community organizations has won her this prestigioius award.
