Silverdale Kingston Fitness in a family-friendly setting has been serving Kitsap County for over 15 years and in 1997 joined forces with Kitsap Physical Therapy and Sports Clinics. This union has enhanced the services and programs offered and has expanded the staff to include licensed massage therapists and licensed physical therapists providing members with free injury screenings and advice on injury prevention.

Silverdale and Kingston Fitness are state-of-the-art health facilities offering strengthening equipment, a large well-equipped free weight room,and a Cardio-Theater room that offers a variety of aerobic equipment to meet most individual needs and interests. As a member, you have choices of TVs, CD players, cassette tape players,and radio stations; all of which can be watched or litened to on your private headphones. At Silverdale you can use the stairs or elevator to reach our top-rate aerobics department, full locker rooms, sauna, and high-performance tanning beds.
