3:30-5:30 Kingston Halloween FUN HOUSE at the Community center sponsored by the Greater Kingston Kiwanis, the Kingston Jr. High Builders Club and the North Kitsap High School Key Club.

4:30 PM Halloween Costume Contest for children 12 and under will take place at the same location. Prizes will be awarded by Miss Kingston and her Court by age group: 0-3 years, 4-7 years, 8-12 years. Sponsored by KRA.

4:00-5:00 PM Watch out for the kids parading up and down the business corridor as participating merchants will be “treating” all those ghosts and goblins, pirates and princesses.

6:00-8:00 A Hootenanny will take place at the SandamarFarms with hayrides, inflatable toys, & carnival games sponsored by Bayside Church. No scary
