First Annual Kingston Heritage Day

A chance to share with each other a bit about our town and its history.
On September 30, 2006, Kingston Revitalization Association and the Kingston Chamber of Commerce have created a day of family activities to share our local heritage.
8:00 am Free Loggers' Breakfast at Kingston Christian church
9:00 am Kingston Farmers Market with vintage farm implements
10:00 am *Covered Waagon Shuttle from Old Town/Waterfront to Shopping Center and runs until 5:00 pm
*Also during these hours Historical Displays and Conversations sponsored by the Historical Society will be held at the Community Center as well as participating merchants.
*Antique Car, Tractor and Steamboat shows at the Marina Park, Cash Advance and all around town
2:00-5:00 pm Kids' Old Fashioned Play Day at Marina Park and Kola Kile School.
4:00-5:00 pm Home Town Band with live Old Fashioned Music in the Marina Park
6:00-9:00 Old Fashioned "Saturday Night in Town" at the Community Center with traditional music from The White Potato Band. Food, bear & wine vendors on site. BRING A DESSERT OR SNACK FOR THE POTLUCK TABLE.
WE'D LOVE TO HAVE EVERYONE DRESS IN PERIOD CLOTHING.
