Businesses at Kingston Crossing (Hwy. 104 at George's Corner) are planning a fun and safe Halloween trick or treat event from 2 to 7 p.m. Oct. 31. Included are family friendly Halloween movies, face painting, bobbing for apples and a costume contest. All kids are invited.
